THE NEXT MEETING OF THE TIERRASANTA CHURCH BOARD will be this Thursday, January 24, at 7 pm in the Board Room. It will be preceded by a Finance Committee meeting at 6 pm.
MUSIC BEYOND BORDERS, a concert benefitting an orphanage and school for the blind in Southern India, will take place at 4 pm next Sabbath, January 26, at the Chula Vista SDA Church. Come be inspired by the music of harpist Tasha Godinez Smith and percussionist Christopher Garcia. A freewill offering will be collected
and a reception featuring Indian food will follow the concert.
GLADYS MILES, one of our long-time members, passed away on January 9. She was 96 years young. A memorial service will be held at the Tierrasanta SDA Church on Sabbath, February 2, at 2 pm.
THE GARY BONNER SINGERS will be gracing our worship service with their 55-voice ensemble on Sabbath, February 9. We are excited to welcome the Bonner Singers back to Tierrasanta and hope you are able to join us for this choral music experience.
THE NEXT MEETING OF THE SAN DIEGO ADVENTIST FORUM will be on Sabbath, February 16, at 3 pm. Dr. Ervin Taylor will present “How Long has Life and Humans been on Planet Earth?: The Scientific Evidence.” NOTE: Forum Meetings are now held at Paradise Village.
