TODAY WE WELCOME THE ESCONDIDO ADVENTIST ACADEMY Chamber Singers & Chorale, under the direction of Michael Spencer. Thank you for providing our church with sacred music that moves the soul.
WE ARE HEARTBROKEN TO ANNOUNCE the passing of Charleen Wacker. Charleen was a staple in our church family and she loved everyone she knew. The memorial service for Charleen will take place on Sabbath afternoon, November 21. Please keep the entire Wacker and Cermak families in your prayers during this extremely difficult time.
WE HAVE JUST BEGUN A NEW SERMON SERIES titled “The Ends of Time.” Are you comfortable with not knowing exactly when the end of the world and the second coming will happen? Christians have been saying Jesus is coming soon for 2,000 years. What does “soon” mean? Should Adventists lighten up their emphasis on the Last Days? These and other matters will be discussed in today’s sermon. We pray you receive a blessing from the message.
TEEN SABBATH IS TAKING PLACE TODAY at 11:00 am in the Youth Room. Once per month during the school year, this group for 12–17-year-olds meets to worship, potluck with one another, and enjoy activities that lead to lasting memories and friendships. Today our teens will head to the Birch Aquarium after the service.
VIOLINIST, JAIME JORGE, RETURNS TO TSDAC on Sabbath, October 17 for The Healing Music Concert Tour. Jaime has played on 6 continents and in over 80 countries. You won’t want to miss his beautiful music ministry taking place during our worship hour.
WE ARE SUPPORTING 6 CHILDREN at San Diego and Escondido Adventist Academies this school year. Our Tuition Assistance Fund has been depleted as of this date. If you are looking for a particular fund for your church donation, please consider giving to the “Tuition Assistance” fund.
