OUR GUEST SPEAKER THIS MORNING IS PASTOR BOHDAN VADIS of the Tierrasanta Lutheran Church. Pastor Vadis was born in Bemidji, Minnesota and earned his Master of Divinity from the Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary in Berkeley California. Coming to understand the message of Scripture and helping others understand God’s plan and purpose contained in the Bible has been central to Pastor Bohdan’s ministry and work as a pastor. On his day off, this Minnesota native enjoys fishing and playing hockey and can regularly be found on the ice or the water in San Diego. We are blessed to have Pastor Vadis as our guest speaker this morning.

STEPHEN MINISTRIES TRAINING begins this Wednesday at 7 pm in the Pathfinder Room. This powerful new ministry will enable us to better care for members of our church family going through difficult times. Stephen Ministers meet with care receivers once a week to encourage and uplift.
