OUR CURRENT SERMON SERIES, “Let’s Meet Jesus,” continues today. Most Christians (and even most Seventh-day Adventists) focus on Bible study, doctrines, finding the will of God, last day events, and every other imaginable thing except developing a relationship with Jesus of Nazareth. So, let’s get to know Jesus a little bit better over the next few weeks.

A MEMBERSHIP REQUEST (FIRST READING) has been made by Linda Anderson who wishes to join our church membership on Profession of Faith.
WE ARE IN NEED OF VOLUNTEERS to give the call for offering every Sabbath until the end of the year. Sign-ups are located in the right foyer alcove.
SAN DIEGO ACADEMY’S FALL FESTIVAL is tomorrow from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm. Admission is $2/person. The event will feature a variety of food booths, crafts, games, a dunk tank, live music, and a reptile petting zoo!
JOIN US FOR A SPECIAL EASTER PROGRAM, “Pageant of Our Lord,” on Sunday, March 29, 2020 at 3 pm, at the Rolling Hills Covenant Church. This is a unique presentation of the life of Christ told through “living” reproductions of famous works of art, which are accompanied by a choir, orchestra, and narration. If you would like to attend the pageant with our church in March, you must sign up and pay by next Sabbath, November 2. Tickets range from $13 to $25 and church transportation is optional for $15/person.
THE NEXT SAN DIEGO ADVENTIST FORUM MEETING will take place at 3 pm on Sabbath, November 23, at Paradise Village. Dr. Larry Downing (former long-time pastor of the White Memorial Adventist Church in L.A.) will present “The Bumpy Road to Remnantville: Its Potholes, Detours, Dead Ends, and U-Turns.” Forum meetings are free and open to everyone.
