TODAY WE WELCOME JONATHAN PARK to our pulpit. Pastor Park is the President of the Southeastern California Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, headquartered in Riverside, California. We are blessed to have Pastor Park as our guest speaker this morning.
KELLY HESTER’S SABBATH SCHOOL CLASS is taking a short break and will resume its discussions on Sabbath, October 8.
THE SOUTH BAY SHELTER is currently in need of the following items: board games, children’s puzzles, baby wipes, coloring books and crayons, large boxes of cereal, and gallons of juice and water. If you are able to donate any of these items, you may place them in the round barrel in our church foyer.
OUR MIDWEEK FELLOWSHIP BIBLE STUDY GROUP is currently in the midst of a series looking at the Hebrew Prophets. This week we will examine the great prophecy of Ezekiel. We meet on Tuesdays at 6 pm in the Church Board Room. All are invited to attend.
MEMBERSHIP REQUESTS (FIRST READING) have been made by the following individuals: Sherani (Johnson) Whitehurst wishes to transfer her membership from our church to the Loma Linda University Church.
OUR CHURCH IS SUPPORTING five students at San Diego Adventist Academy this year. This tuition assistance is only made possible through the generous monetary donations by our Church family. If you would like to help support these five students as they receive an Adventist education, we invite you to donate to the “SDA Tuition Assistance” fund using your tithe envelope.
