THANKS TO YOUR GENEROSITY, OUR SHELTER MINISTRY will be delivering a one-pound box of See’s Candy tomorrow to each mother living in the South Bay domestic violence shelter. Thank you for your year-round support of this Ministry.
WE ARE DEEPLY SADDENED TO ANNOUNCE THE PASSING of two beloved members of our Church family. Shirley Thrush passed away this week at the age of 91. Shirley loved to tell the children’s story at our church. When you asked her how she was, she would always say, “I’m blessed.” Robert Lee died of a heart attack this last Monday at his home. Over the past 35 years, Robert often played his harmonica for special music at our church. He had a kind, gentle, calming spirit and will be dearly missed.
WE ARE IN NEED OF VOLUNTEERS to make and serve breakfast on the fifth Sabbath of this month—May 30. If you would like to volunteer to bring a dish or help serve or clean up, please write your name down in the left foyer alcove.
IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY MEMBER GRADUATING from 8th grade, high school, college, or graduate school, we want to honor them in an upcoming bulletin. Please email info@tsdachurch.org with the graduate’s name, school, and degree (if applicable).
THE CHURCH BOARD HAS VOTED to make Ritchie and Lederle’s mission trips to the Philippines an official outreach activity of our church. Their next trip is scheduled for August of this year together with an SDA medical team to General Santos City in the southern part of the country. If you would like to support this ministry at any time, please write “Carbajal Mission” on your offering envelope or when donating online.
THE CHINESE CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP is looking for volunteers to help clean up after their Sabbath afternoon potluck each week.
WE ARE IN NEED OF VOLUNTEERS to give the opening prayer or the children’s story. No rotating volunteer commitment is necessary. Sign-ups are in the foyer. Thank you to everyone who has signed up thus far in 2026!
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE Pastor Gary’s weekly emails, please email info@tsdachurch.org.
DURING RATTLESNAKE SEASON, we sometimes have critters from the nearby canyon wander onto our campus looking for water. Please keep a close eye on your children and stick to the paved paths during these warmer months.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CONTRIBUTE tithes and offerings, you may do so in person by dropping your offering into the collection plate at the exit doors or online via our church website.
