WE ARE STARTING A NEW SERMON SERIES TODAY titled “Science & Sabbath School Stories.” We all learned certain famous Bible stories in Sabbath School growing up, but what light do the various sciences shed on these tales? As adults it is important to be able to interpret and view these wonderful stories in a more mature light. We hope you receive a blessing from these messages.
TEEN SABBATH IS TAKING PLACE TODAY AT 11:00 AM in the Youth Room. The group will fellowship with one another and enjoy a potluck lunch before taking part in a community service event with Sharia’s Closet. Teens between the ages of 12-17 are welcome to join. The next Teen Sabbath will be held on November 1.
JOIN US NEXT SATURDAY NIGHT AT 6:00 PM for a game night in the fellowship hall! Bring your friends, family, and favorite board game—or just come ready to play! There will be games for all ages – even a paper airplane contest and a bubble gum blowing contest; hot dogs, pumpkin treats, fellowship, and a chance to connect and laugh together. THE COST OF UPGRADES AND REPAIRS at our church continues to climb. We are about to install new flooring upstairs in the Education Building, upgrade multiple air conditioning units, and repair the Fellowship Hall roof. Please remember our church expense fund in your giving whenever possible.
