THE SAN DIEGO BLOOD BANK will be holding a blood drive in our Church parking lot tomorrow from 7 am to 1 pm.
THE NEW CITY SINFONIA will present a free concert on Sunday, October 16, at 4:00 pm at the Paradise Valley SDA Church. A freewill offering will be collected to benefit Ukrainian refugees. If you would like more information, please call (619) 245-5845.
WE ARE IN NEED OF VOLUNTEERS to give the opening prayer and children’s story each Sabbath. We love seeing new faces on the pulpit and hope you will consider giving back to our Church in this way. We invite you to sign up in our foyer alcove.
THE SOUTH BAY SHELTER is in need of the following items: board games, children’s puzzles, baby wipes, coloring books and crayons, large boxes of cereal, gallons of juice and water, cases of water, toilet paper, paper towels, deodorant, feminine hygiene products, and individually wrapped snacks. If you are able to donate any of these items, please place them in the round barrel in our church foyer.
OUR MIDWEEK FELLOWSHIP BIBLE STUDY GROUP is currently in the midst of a series looking at the Hebrew Prophets. We meet on Tuesdays at 6:00 pm in the Church Board Room.
OUR CHURCH IS SUPPORTING five students at San Diego Adventist Academy this year. This tuition assistance is only made possible through the generous monetary donations by our Church family. If you would like to help support these five students as they receive an Adventist education, we invite you to donate to the “SDA Tuition Assistance” fund using your tithe envelope.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CONTRIBUTE TITHES AND OFFERINGS, you may do so by dropping your offering into the offering box in the foyer or visiting our church website.
OUR COMMUNITY SERVICES MINISTRY meets every Tuesday morning to make baby layettes for the newborns at Sharp Mary Birch Hospital. If you are interested in joining, please contact the Church office.
