TODAY WE WELCOME Pastor Will James to our pulpit. Pastor James recently retired from a nearly two-decade ministry as pastor of the Paradise Valley SDA Church, and served a total of 43 years in the Adventist ministry. He is married to Peggy (the former Peggy Clark, once a member of the Tierrasanta Church). She worked alongside Will as they led the Paradise Valley congregation. Pastor James is now CEO of Friendships for Hope, a non-profit ministry to the poor and refugee communities of San Diego and Peggy continues to assist him in its leadership. THE INTERNATIONAL PATHFINDER CAMPOREE IN OSHKOSH, WI is one year away! In order to make this incredible trip a reality, our Pathfinder Club could use your help this year. A MEMBERSHIP REQUEST (SECOND READING) has been made by Peter Hester, Jr., wishing to transfer his membership to our church from the Grace Fellowship SDA Church in Madison, Alabama.
THE NEXT MEETING OF THE SAN DIEGO ADVENTIST FORUM will be on Sabbath, August 4, at 9:30 am in the fellowship hall.
